How much is shipping?

 Orders over $200 Free
Under $200 Shipping will be calculated during checkout 

Who is the shipping carrier

Orders will be shipped through Canada Post, and a tracking number will be provided after the merchandise has shipped. 

 

Do you ship internationally

Yes, we deliver worldwide.

Types of payment

We accept Cash, E-Transfers, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Debit (Interac) and Shop Pay.

When will orders ship

Orders will be shipped out within 48 hours through Canada Post with tracking available.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please submit a request for consideration to info@guojewellery.com and include the order number in the subject title.

No refunds, exchange within 30 days or store credit. Products must be returned in unused and original condition with all packaging and warranty cards (if included). We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange. Previous purchases cannot be exchanged, returned, or re-purchased to participate in future promotions. Last chance, retired, or discontinued items are final sale. One year warranty on all products, including Pandora and Swarovski, valid proof of purchase must be presented.

Guo Jewellery will not be responsible for return shipping fees. Please take note of the tracking number as we will not be responsible for products lost in transit. If deemed valid upon inspection and consideration, refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, it will take up to 7 business days for it to show on your account.

Products can be shipped to 1000 Gerrard Street East, Toronto, Ontario, M4M3G6, Unit D11. Walk-in exchanges are also possible if it is inconvenient to ship back to the store.

All watches & jewellery come with original manufacturers' warranty. The warranty will cover all manufacturing defects. Physical damages will not be covered under warranty upon inspection.
