Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Method

We ship all orders using Canada Post.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and may include:

  • Regular Parcel

  • Expedited Parcel

  • Xpresspost (if applicable)

Delivery times are estimates provided by Canada Post and may vary due to location, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and size

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in Canada Post’s system.


Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Delivery times typically range from 2–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping service selected.


International Shipping

International shipping is available where supported by Canada Post. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.


Delays & Lost Packages

Once a package is handed over to Canada Post, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with Canada Post where applicable.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.
